MDA sector in November grew +11% in sales value. The biggest growth was in dishwashers +5%, coolers +19%, microwaves +33% and washing machines +22%. November was a decent month for the MDA sector and the remaining months of this year should look more stable.
The SDA sector in November is very similar to October, sales units remain with no growth. Sales values grew only +4%. The biggest growth remains in the dental care equipment category +23%, irons with +13%, hot beverage makers +6%. The only category with negative results were vacuum cleaners that recorded -1%.
The TV sector continues to show negative results both in sales units and value. In November, sales volumes fell to -11% and sales value fell to -6%. On the other hand, these results were to be expected and it looks like the TV market will not recover this year.
The SMP sector performed rather positively in November. Sales units are up by 1%, while sales value is up +22%. It is expected that SMP sector will end the year with a positive result.
The IT sector in November has again shown a decline, this time we have -6%. The biggest unit declines were in printers with -17% and monitors -15%. In sales value terms notebooks grew by +6%, media tablets by +11% while sales of printers and monitors decreased -4%.
